I’ll have more to report later in the week, but I’m working on some last-minute lifestyle pieces and need your pitches ASAP. Tight turnarounds, so I’ll need pitches by Thursday AM at the latest.
Will circle back with more content + updates tomorrow and Thursday.
Working on now/need pitches:
Reader’s Digest: Bestselling products with cult-like followings that readers absolutely MUST try this winter/early spring. Think Amazon items with at least 5-10k ratings, waitlisted leggings that constantly sell out, the world’s coolest gadgets hardly stay in stock, etc. Open to products for women, men and children—but they need to genuinely have cult-like followings. This piece’ll be heavily syndicated, too! Must be affiliate-ready via major .com retailer or skimlinks. bryce@theluxuryspot.com
Reader’s Digest: The best comfy house dresses that are both cozy and stylish to get you through the end of winter/early spring. We’re aiming to have this perform throughout Feb/March/early spring, so please pitch items that fit. And nobody is wearing snake-print bodycon turtlenecks at home, guys. Staaaahhhp. Must be major .com retailer or skimlinks-ready. We love bestsellers, pieces that suit a variety of body types and items under $300. bryce@theluxuryspot.com

Jobs:
For new subscribers (so many! hi! welcome!), these job listings are a labor of love and my way to support the broader media community. I do this for free—knowing our circle is gainfully employed brings me a lot of joy.
If you get a gig via these listings, I just ask that you share the newsletter with a few pals and keep the love train going. If you have a job to offer, I ask that you give me/this newsletter first crack at publishing because smart seo = the only way.

Kimberly Clark is looking for a new PR & influencer lead. Chicago-based.

Musings:
A favor to ask re: emails. I’m not sure how my work/company email got out publicly, but I definitely never listed it and am begging y’all to stop using it. I have super limited space there and keeping/storing emails with images causes my entire system to crash. That means I’m auto-deleting, and you don’t want your emails auto-deleted. Use the email address I have listed, because I have plenty of storage and it won’t make my computer go kaput. I want to be able to support your work! My work email is for co-workers only, please.
I talked about the snake plant I have on my desk in last week’s Extra Good newsletter. Lots of you asked about it, so here’s a picture and here’s the link to it. I love it, and tbh the credit goes to Stacey Graham. Love her.
That’s it for now. Talk soon, bubbeleh!
Thanks Bryce! Bouqs is great, I’ve been using them for years… and snake plants are the only plants I can keep alive!
