Happy Monday, friends. I hope you’re bundled up and warm (unless you’re in a hot place, in which case I wish for you the most festive iced teas and anti-frizz creams). Turning around a few last minute pieces that could be great for us all!
Working on now/need pitches:
Reader’s Digest: Need a few more top-performing last minute gifts under $250. That means bestsellers (seriously, bestsellers have loads of sales each day—not a trickle of regulars!) and popular must-have items blowing up this season. And yes, must be affiliate-ready and available to ship right up till a few days before Christmas! bryce@theluxuryspot.com
NewsBreak: Still need another 2-3 New York-based brands (can be the whole state!) that offer their gifts/products for sale online via affiliate-ready retailers for a New York-focused gift guide. Example: Taim falafel is as NY as it gets and ships everywhere now. Brands can be ANYWHERE in the state, not just the city. bryce@theluxuryspot.com
NewsBreak: Same as above, but Florida. Anywhere in the state, same affiliate requirements. bryce@theluxuryspot.com
Extra Good: Easy win for you/my wee lil holiday gift to your company! I’ll keep updating these Amazon Gifts under $20 and Amazon Gifts Under $50 guides with all the appropriate items that don’t meet min. ratings thresholds elsewhere and you super duper need love for. Only asking for brands to be generous with social shares in return!

I published my calendar. This was the biggest week yet for Extra Good! Last week’s newsletter saw a ton of sharing (crediting the graphics!). If you haven’t already subbed there, I’d love it. Would mean the world to me, because I use most of it to support your hardest-to-publish clients and the work of fellow writers in a fun, quick read.
Continued to update these Amazon Gifts under $20 and Amazon Gifts Under $50 guides. Holy crap, they’ve done SO well.

Musings:
Do you need a branding-related laugh? Good. It’s Monday. We all do. Here you go.
Some exciting personal news. A long while back (like well over a year ago) I stepped into a sort of altered, exciting editorial role. I had gone from being RD-focused to spread across a variety of titles helping with content growth, commerce strategy and all that jazz. Happy to report that I’m no longer a child of a split household. So many new eds associate eds came on board in the last several months that I can go back to my original love, RD. I’ll still pop in at the other titles from time to time, but I’ll be more focused on expanding my role with general women’s lifestyle/shopping content at RD.com in the weeks to follow. Thanks for joining me on this journey! The entire industry has been shaped and reshaped in the last couple of years <3
That’s it for now! Quick and easy! Talk soon, bubbeleh <3
Hope you're feeling better! xx
Your gift guides help me SO much! Thanks for sharing all this Bryce :)
