Normally I send roundups of this week’s trending products according to internal Skimlinks metrics on Tuesdays. Then on Thursdays, I break down some deeper concepts and moves happening in the broader affiliate + e-comm industries.
These emails are typically just for paid subscribers, but I know this trending-on-Amazon list will probably benefit several hundred of you at least. So here it is, and if it helps you a little or a lot, please pass a favor onto someone else in your community today <3
Before you see all the products:
There are some things to consider before you take a look at this list. The list is tabulated by Amazon’s internal sales metrics—not me. It’s also only a valid list for the last seven days, which means the next seven days could see totally different trending products. If you don’t see your own client on the list, that’s okay. In fact, the whole point of seeing a list like this one is to get an idea of how you can better help your brand perform against the frontrunners. If sneakers are currently trending, you can use that info to wrap a pitch around your own client’s fitness gear to put in a broader pitch. Generally speaking, eds know what’s trending— and you delivering pitches that fit? Pssh. That puts you ahead of the pack.
This week’s trending Amazon products (in no particular order):
Dreo Space Heaters (10% off their usual price, and baby, it’s cold outside)
Oral-B & Crest Teeth Whitening Products (a few specific skus)
Discounted snack foods + energy drinks (a select list included)
Patio heaters like this one
Men’s Adidas gear (these skus specifically)
This air fryer with plenty of great ratings
Activewear for men & women (specifically in the color black)
Graco car seats and select accessories
A handful of coffee and tea products
Did that help?
I hope so. I usually encourage any questions to be left in the comments section below so I can write full, detailed responses to each in Thursday’s newsletter. Go ahead and drop yours below! I strongly prefer questions in the comments so we can ALL benefit from the answers.
Some other parting thoughts:
Don’t worry, I’ll still send my regular queries newsletter! This was just a bonus.
Do you all still want this week’s list of trending Skimlinks items? Should I publish that too? Or was Amazon enough?
Wishing you all the goodness and success!
If I clicked on one of the trending items and it says "Sorry, this promotion has now expired." Does that mean it is no longer trending? Or simply that the promotion is over? Thanks!
Affiliate question! One of my clients (who is already a Skimlinks affiliate) is looking to move their other affiliate, ShareaSale, to their parents company, AWIN. Do you have any intel on AWIN / if this is a competitive affiliate? Thank you!
